Over 30 years ago, a simple suggestion from my flatmate - that I might be gluten and lactose intolerant - completely transformed my life. That moment opened the door to a deeper understanding of my body and health, leading to improvements I am truly grateful for. Without that insight, I might not be where I am today.

My academic background includes a BSc in science, covering human physiology, cell biology, pharmacology and toxicology, alongside an MA focused on creativity and arts for wellbeing, and the healing effects of nature. Additionally, for my ABPI certification I specialised in psychiatry and neurology, while my medical sales training gave me valuable perspective on pharmaceuticals. Additionally, I worked for several years as a medical sales rep, specialising in psychiatry and neurology, which gave me valuable insights into pharmaceuticals.

With over 20 years’ experience practising natural nutrition and lifestyle, yoga and exploring movement and massage therapies, I’ve gained a profound appreciation for how trauma impacts the body. This blend of science, personal experience, and holistic practice shapes my ongoing commitment to health and wellness.
